Crystallux Financial Services is the financial-services division of Crystallux Inc., a Canadian technology company. We combine modern analysis with LLQP-certified advisor expertise to give Canadians clearer choices and honest disclosure on the products that shape their financial lives.
To give every Canadian access to financial-protection advice that's independent of the carrier, honest about commission, and matched to their actual situation, not the situation the broker would prefer they were in.
Insurance. Seven product lines: life, critical illness, disability, travel, auto, home, business. Multi-carrier independent placement with LLQP-certified advisors across Ontario, Alberta, and BC; provincial expansion through 2026 to Quebec, Manitoba, and the Maritimes.
Most Canadians get financial advice from one of three places: a captive agent (selling one carrier's products), a comparison aggregator (selling the lead to whichever broker bids highest), or a bank (selling whatever the bank manufactures). All three have structural conflicts. We built a fourth option, an institutionally-disclosed, multi-carrier brokerage where our matching engine does the matching grunt-work and a licensed advisor reviews every recommendation before it reaches the client.
Three commitments: (1) we disclose commission on every recommendation before you apply; (2) we present 2–3 carrier options with the trade-offs explained, not the carrier with the highest commission; (3) we tell you when none of our products is right for you, including referring you to a competitor when that serves you better.
Crystallux Inc. is FSRA-licensed (License # to be added on FSRA confirmation) and registered with applicable provincial regulators. LLQP certification for every advisor on the life / accident / sickness side; P&C licensing where required. $2M E&O insurance. PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, Alberta PIPA, BC PIPA compliant. AML / FINTRAC registered. CASL-compliant on all marketing.

"I started Crystallux because I watched too many people get the wrong policy from the wrong broker for the wrong reason. The technology to fix that exists. The ethics to use it well, that's the harder part."
Mary holds an LLQP certification (Life License Qualification Program), the credential required to give life, accident, and sickness insurance advice in Canada. She is the Founder & Principal of Crystallux Inc., the parent company of Crystallux Financial Services.
Mary's path to Crystallux started with personal experience: family members getting sold over-priced policies from captive agents, and friends getting their data farmed by comparison aggregators that didn't actually compare anything. The Crystallux thesis: a single platform combining honest matching, ethical disclosure, and LLQP-certified human advice produces better outcomes than any one of those alone.
Insurance is the first product line because it's where the disclosure and matching problem is most acute. Mortgages, investments, retirement planning and estate planning all share the same structural conflict, and the same solution. The 2026–2027 roadmap brings each of those lines under the Crystallux Financial Services brand, with the same disclosure-first ethic.
A growing team of LLQP-certified advisors backed by Crystallux Inc.'s technology and compliance functions.
Every Crystallux advisor holds LLQP certification (life, accident, sickness) and most also carry P&C licensing for auto, home, and commercial lines. Currently licensed in Ontario, Alberta, and BC; Quebec (AMF) and the Maritimes opening through 2026.
Dedicated compliance officers handle suitability review, AML / FINTRAC reporting, FSRA/provincial regulator audits, and complaints management. Every recommendation goes through documented suitability assessment before reaching a client.

Crystallux Financial Services runs on the same technology infrastructure that powers Crystallux Inc.'s enterprise technology platform, the platform that helps Canadian businesses build their own modern sales engines. Our advisors benefit from the same lead-scoring, suitability-modelling, and compliance-audit primitives that other Crystallux customers use to scale their own operations.
Visit crystallux.org to see the parent company. The technology platform serves SMBs across multiple verticals (sales, marketing, services); Crystallux Financial Services is one of the platform's first internal customers, proving the model on a regulated, high-stakes domain before licensing to others.
The same matching, disclosure, suitability-modelling, and compliance-audit infrastructure that handles insurance also handles mortgages, investments, and retirement planning. That's why our 2026–2027 expansion across financial-services verticals is realistic, the platform was always built for it.
Beyond financial services, Crystallux Inc. is exploring how the expert-matched + ethically-disclosed model applies to other regulated professional-services markets (legal, accounting, healthcare brokerage). Crystallux Financial Services is the proof-of-thesis vertical.
